Is it advisable to take memo plus gold even you lack of sleep?

I am working in an internet cafe and usually my duty starts at 6:00 PM until midnight. If ever i would take memo plus gold everyday and i am lacking of sleep would memo plus gold still be effective? by the way i am 22 years old...|||By the way I'm 76 yrs old and don't have the foggiest notion what "memo plus gold". is. If it is a stimulant like caffeine it may not be as effective.
