You know how on an Iphone, it comes with the voice memo? Well, does anyone know how long you can make a voice memo? Like, will it just stop eventually, or will it keep going until you use up all your gigabites? Help? Pleez?|||That of course depends on the limits of the app you are using that you are creating the voice memo with. It of course would be counter productive to allow an app to create a 6GB voice file, but I suppose if you wanted to do that, you could.
So if you can talk longer than most full Albums, I would say go for it!!!
The thing of course that makes most sense is to make several voice memos (like chapters in a book) and combine them at a later time if that is what you wanted to do.
But to answer the question the way you asked it, the voice memo app that comes with the iPhone/iPod Touch, would not allow you to use all the available space on the device, as it needs some free space to work, and would warn you that space was getting low, and low memory can and will cause the device to act wonky., which of course could cause you to lose any data being created if the device were to crash, reboot, or just close the app (as iDevices tend to do with low memory situations)|||an hour.
