Is there a way to retrieve an important voice memo on my laptop that I accidently erased from itunes library?

had memo stored on my laptop in itunes library but accidently deleted it. popped up a question asking me if i wanted to keep the file somewhere and i clicked yes but by doing so the file was not in recycle bin for me to restore and i cant find it anywhere else either. please help!!!|||best way to recover any file is by using recovery software, but you must act quickly before that file will gone forever because everything that you do, installing, downloading anything you do can make this file lost forever, my best recommendation is asoftech data recovery which helped me before
