What kind of memo do you suggest in this task?

I have been tasked by my manager to draft a memo to the office staff about a December holiday party. I should decide what kind of party I would like. For your information, my co-staff members were disappoitned that no holiday party was given last year.





How would i make a draft memo wherein i would include information such as:





1. where the party will be helding


2. when it is


3. what will it cost


4. what food description to be serve


5. whether guest are allowed, and


6. whom make revservations with.





would you please help me a draft on this kind of memo. my co-staff don't carer what kind of party it is, but they do want some kind of celebration this year.
