Where is voice memo on the Verizon samsung rogue?

I have seen many websites that say that the rogue has voice memo but after searching and searching for it I haven't had any luck in finding it. Help. Please. Thank you in advance.|||When you say voice memo, are you referring to sending a voice message to someone? If so, when you press new message you get the choice of text message, picture message, video message or voice message. If you're talking about recording a memo for yourself, you can probably just record your memo the same way and save it to your drafts folder.
