Can you give me sample of memo regarding prohibiting the use of mobile during working hours.?

I want sample of memo for in general not using the mobile in duty time.|||To : All employees

This is to inform all employees of our company to please yield/ stop using mobiles during office hours. This decision was handled down from the office of the President after the Board of Directors came up with this policy and rules in order to improve our services to our clients.





In the case wherein an employee or employees will violate this, a corresponding punishment or suspension will be given.
