I want to give someone a French memo board for Christmas and was wondering will it be less expensive to buy one or make my own? About how much will each option cost?|||That depends entirely on which materials you use for the board, fabric and/or batting, ribbons, buttons/etc, and glue, and somewhat on the size.
You could make one cheaper than you could buy one unless the purchased one is quite cheap, but only if you used reasonably inexpensive materials, etc. Or you could make one with expensive materials which would cost a lot more. Or anything in-between. So that's almost impossible to answer.
