Was there a President Reagan internal memo that got leaked, stating that he wanted to bankrupt social program?

I seem to remember seeing this in a college history text book, but I haven't been able to find any information on it now. Anyone have any insight?|||Wasn't it Bill Clinton who took money from the Social Security Account to falsely balance the budget?





And Who was it that passed the laws allowing illegal aliens to receive social security monies and health care?|||His budget director David Stockman admitted that Supply Side economics was a Trojan Horse, and that they wanted to run up huge deficits to put a brake on social spending. Problem is, it requires us to pay billions of dollars in interest on the national debt, money that would be better used to help people. Now, it's just lining the pockets of the Arabs and Chinese.|||Not sure but he was nailed on organizing union busting by replacing all shop Stewart's who really represented the workers, whom got removed nationwide then replaced by total "YES men or women for the companies etc."





It all relates to the attacks by Republicans who started the class war during this time.
