I need help with memo format to present a work- oriented topic?

This is my first time using Memo and I need to present a work- related problem and, possibly, a solution to a specific audience. I can't think of any business related problems that there will be solution for..Can you please help me pick a topic and perfect solution for it. Thank you!!|||Business related problems are many - smoking areas, lunch breaks, parking issues, network problems, and computer usage. Depending on how long your memo is, any one of these will work.
