Draft and post a memo to upper management detailing the benefits available to employees in the position FOCUS?

I DO NOT want it done for me....All I am asking what, besides what is listed (Identify an additional strategic consideration related specifically to one of the benefits in your proposed program). I am stumped and my instructor is a B**ch. Thanks to those who know what is best.....By the way it is for Teacher in a Pre-K learning center.|||Have you tried using employee benefit statements?
