Does anyone know when the app, flipnote memo will be available on the 3DS eShop?

Ive looked everywhere for a specific date and still nothing. Does anyone know when it will be available for download?|||It's going to be released around this month, or August 14, 2011.|||Just wait and it will be on the 3DS eShop.
