How is an International Memo different from an American memo?

I'm trying to write a memo to four different clients abroad (Ireland, Japan, Australia, and Mexico) on how their request to carry a new product has been turned out. I am confused about the style and not sure how different countries write their business letters.|||Good Question but it's very hard to say !!!
