How do you move your memo pad entries to your memory card on your blackberry?

Is it possible to save my memo pad entries to my memory card? I'm switching phones tomorrow %26amp; I need my stuff from the memo pad. Help?|||make sure it goes on your sim card or your memory card to make sure that it gets saved and then it should be on your new phone
